Our range of Badger Beers are kept well and served in great condition at reasonable prices. We offer proper draught Guinness, a good selection of appealing Gins and well-known single malt whiskies. Our selection of European and New World wines can be found amongst our tempting wine list. For guests who prefer something soft, we have a variety of juices, carbonates and cordials.
It was deep in Dorset’s rolling hills and patchwork fields, in 1777, that local farmer Charles Hall brewed our first beer. A union of the Hall & Woodhouse families soon followed and the story of Badger beer had begun.
To create the distinctive character of our delicious Badger beers, we combine hops and malted barley with pure spring water which has been filtered naturally through the Cretaceous chalk downs of Dorset. Our comprehensive range of cask and bottled beers, all with distinctive characters, are available throughout the year, although our offering does vary seasonally.
